Contacting the Department
The majority of the Department of Community Medicine and Health Care's offices are located at The Exchange, 270 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT. The Exchange is directly across the street from the main Health Center campus entrance on Farmington Avenue (Route 4).

The office is typically closed on state holidays, however some faculty and staff members may be in the office working on minor holidays. Be sure to make advance arrangements with the particular faculty or staff member as most meet by appointment only. Meeting someone after hours? Call ahead or ring the bell.
