The M.P.H. program contacts are located in the Department of Community Medicine and Health Care's offices which are located at The Exchange, 270 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT. The Exchange is directly across the street from the main Health Center campus entrance on Farmington Avenue (Route 4).
