Governor's Prevention
Initiative for Youth
2000 Student Survey
As part of the Governor's Prevention
Initiative for Youth (GPIY), researchers from the Health Services Research
Unit conducted the GPIY 2000 Student Survey for the State of Connecticut
Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Over 9,100, 7th-10th
grade students statewide participated in this survey of substance use and
risk and protective factors for use. Listed below are the reports and
