From Farmington Center
Stay on Route 4 East/Farmington Avenue. As you drive up the hill toward I-84, stay in the right lane and follow the signs as Route 4 East/Farmington Avenue loops to the right and crosses the I-84 access road. At the fourth traffic light, turn left into The Exchange office complex. Proceed to the first stop sign and turn left into the parking area. As you drive into the parking area, the Building Four entrance (no sign) is the first building on the right. Enter the Exchange through the door for Building Four (see aerial map below). Proceed down the hall to the elevator and take it to the second floor. Our offices are in Suite 260 directly across from the building 4 elevator.

From West Hartford Center
Stay on Farmington Avenue/Route 4 West. The Exchange office complex is about 3.3 miles on the right just past the Mobil station and directly across from the UConn Health Center main entrance. Turn right into the Exchange from Farmington Avenue and proceed to the first stop sign. Turn left into the parking area. Building Four is the first entrance on your right as you drive into the lot. Enter the Exchange through the door for Building Four (see aerial map below). Proceed down the hall to the elevator and take it to the second floor. Our offices are in Suite 260 directly across from the elevator.

From Route 44 Canton/Avon
Proceed on Route 44 eastbound through Avon. Turn right onto Route 10 South/Waterville Road. Turn left onto Talcott Notch Road and continue to Farmington Avenue/Route 4 West. Turn right onto Farmington Ave; the Exchange office complex is a 1/4 mile on the right just past the Mobil Station. Proceed to the first stop sign and turn left into the parking area. Building Four is the first entrance on the right as you drive into the parking lot. Enter the Exchange through the door for Building Four (see aerial map below). Proceed down the hall to the elevator and take it to the second floor. Our offices are in Suite 260 directly across from the elevator.

From I-84 (East or West)
Take Exit 39 (if coming from I-84 West, Exit 39 is after 39A). Turn right at the first traffic light onto Route 4 East (Farmington Avenue). At the third traffic light, turn left to enter the Exchange. Proceed to the first stop sign and turn left into the parking area. Building Four (which has no sign) is the first entrance on your right as you drive into the parking lot. Enter the Exchange through the door for Building Four (see aerial map below). Proceed down the hall to the elevator and take it to the second floor. Our offices are in Suite 260 directly across from the elevator.

From Northbound Route 9
Take Exit 32 (left exit) onto I-84 West and stay in the right lane. Take Exit 39 (first exit). Turn right at the first traffic light onto Route 4 East (Farmington Avenue). At the third traffic light, turn left to enter the Exchange. Proceed to the first stop sign and turn left into the parking area. Building Four (which has no sign) is the first entrance to the right as you drive into the parking area. Enter the Exchange through the door for Building Four (see aerial map below). Proceed down the hall to the elevator and take it to the second floor. Our offices are in Suite 260 directly across from the elevator.

To Return to Route 9
Exit the Exchange and take a right onto Farmington Avenue. At the second light, turn left onto South Road. Go straight through the first light and proceed past fire station and over the highway. At the stop sign, turn right and follow signs to I-84 East, staying in the right lane once on I-84 to take the first exit onto Route 9 South.

The Exchange consists of four interconnected three story "buildings" arranged in a horse shoe pattern. Each Building is labeled with a number on the aerial diagram below and some of the building entrances (i.e. One and Two) are labeled on the physical complex itself while others (i.e. Three and Four) are not.  To assist you with your bearings, Japanica and Zen Bar are in Building One, Murphy and Scarletti's is in Building Two, and many of the UConn Health Center's offices including Correctional Managed Care, the Department of Community Medicine and the A.J Pappanikou Center for Developmental Disabilities are in Building Four at the end opposite the main restaurants.
